Delivery Charges

We have tried to keep delivery charges as simple as possible, making it easier for you (and for us).

As standard we offer a 3 working day delivery on in-stock items ordered before the cut-off point which we believe is superb service.

UK and Ireland Only: Orders up to £150 in value we charge just £7.50 + VAT delivery regardless what size, weight or quantity or items you order.

Guernsey and Jersey: Orders up to £150 in value we charge just £15.00 + VAT delivery regardless what size, weight or quantity or items you order.

If your order is over £150 in value then as a small thank you we will waive the delivery charge regardless of location.

Delivery Times and Options

We offer a 3 working day delivery as standard on all items. This applies on orders placed Monday — Thursday before the advertised cut-off time, on in–stock items. We don't currently offer a Saturday delivery.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order is placed it will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days (Monday — Friday) in the vast majority of instances as part of our excellent, high standard of service. Unfortunately this means that should you wish to cancel or change an order after placing it, it may not be possible to prevent it from being dispatched. If you do find that you need to cancel or change an order please contact us at as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

While we endeavour to maintain historical records of all our customers' online transactions we ask all customers to retain proof of purchase in the form of invoice as this will be required in the event of any returns subsequently made.

Returned items must be sent to us un-used and within the original packaging together with a copy of your invoice. On receipt of authorised returns we will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping, but will not refund the return shipping of the goods.

Faulty goods during the first 30 days

If your purchase arrives and is faulty then you may return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice together with a request for a replacement or full refund. We will reimburse the cost of return shipping for faulty goods PROVIDED you have contacted us to authorise the return using our carrier service.

Faulty goods outside the 30-day period within guarantee period

If your purchase develops a fault subsequent to the 30 day money back guarantee period, please call us on 0844 9977 888 or email to authorise and arrange your return.

If an item is returned that doesn't adhere to the above guidelines, Safety Knife Services Ltd reserve the right to decline a refund on the item(s)
